Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with customer business and technology stakeholders and understand their priorities, challenges, and transformation goals.
- Develop and drive account technology strategies that align the company cloud, AI, security, data, and productivity solutions with customer outcomes.
- Partner with sales, technical, partner, and customer success teams to deliver integrated solutions and drive customer success.
- Influence technology decisions by articulating the value of the company platforms and identifying opportunities for innovation and transformation.
- Support adoption, consumption, and long-term value realization while providing guidance on industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience in technology strategy, solution architecture, technical sales, consulting, or customer-facing technology roles.
- Knowledge of cloud, AI, data, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, and modern workplace technologies.
- Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and influence skills, with experience developing technology strategies and roadmaps.
- Customer-focused problem solver with experience collaborating across sales and technical teams and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
