Program Overview
The Tomoh Apprenticeship is designed to enhance Emirati employability through a six-month paid training program that provides globally recognized technical certifications, professional skills, and on-the-job training, including mentoring and real-life assignments. The program runs full-time and consists of two key phases:

Phase 1 - Onboarding & Skilling (1 Month):
- Introduction to the company’s mission, culture, and strategy.
- Technical skilling leading to the company technical certifications.
- Professional courses in project management, change management, and essential soft skills.

Phase 2 - On-the-job Training (5 Months):
- Hands-on experience as an Account Tech Strategist.
- Mentorship and coaching.
- Engagement with the company teams on digital transformation initiatives.
- Advanced training in AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Computing.
Responsibilities
- Generate business insights from customer data and internal resources to inform planning processes.
- Assist in creating technical roadmaps defining the digital transformation journey, capturing core wins and building engagement plans.
- Understand customer business objectives and align them with the company industry priority scenarios.
- Address customer opportunities, fostering demand and reporting issues experienced by customers.
- Support account planning for budgeting, consumption goals, and quarterly objectives while coordinating with account teams.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Emirati National holding UAE Family Book.
- Legally authorized to work in the UAE (citizenship or valid visa/work permit required).
- Fluency in English.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Passionate about technology and focused on customer satisfaction.
- Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in technical consulting, product development, or related fields is advantageous.
This position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until filled.
