The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with Saudi Arabian financial regulations, and supporting the company's financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Monitor company expenses, payments, invoices and financial transactions.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi accounting standards, VAT regulations and ZATCA requirements.
- Assist with VAT filings, tax documentation and statutory reporting.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and cost allocation.
- Support payroll accounting and employee expense reimbursements.
- Assist with internal and external audits and maintain appropriate supporting documentation.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on receivables.
- Maintain accurate accounting records using the company's financial systems.
- Support financial reporting requirements from regional and corporate management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably within Saudi Arabia.
- Good knowledge of Saudi Arabian accounting practices, VAT and ZATCA regulations.
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle or similar.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience in facilities management, construction, engineering or service-based industries would be advantageous.
- SOCPA membership or relevant professional accounting certification is an advantage.
