Accountant

About the Role
We are seeking a senior Accountant with thorough knowledge of the Mollak system, ANACITY software, and Escrow accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining all accounting entries accurately and on time, overseeing daily bank reconciliations, and managing the audit process for various projects.

Responsibilities

• Thorough understanding of the Mollak system, ANACITY software, Escrow accounts, and related accounting functions.
• Accurately passing and maintaining all accounting entries on a timely basis.
• Daily updating of Mollak receipts, ensuring proper allocation and reconciliation of collections.
• Performing daily bank reconciliations, identifying discrepancies promptly, and ensuring their resolution.
• Maintaining and reconciling the Chiller Account, including related receipts, payments, and outstanding balances.
• Independently managing the audit process for all projects, which includes interim audits, final audits, and budget audits, ensuring timely closure of audit queries.
• Managing supplier payments by following ageing analysis and payment priorities, ensuring compliance with RERA guidelines, and processing payments through the designated escrow account.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge and experience in Community Management Accounting.
• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor of Commerce (BCom).

Salary

• Salary budget: 5500-6000.
