The company is seeking an accounting professional to join our team in Riyadh. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily transactions, ensuring compliance with VAT requirements, and providing accurate financial reports. You will play a key role in supporting our financial operations and contribute to the overall success of our innovative AI application that builds business systems from plain-language descriptions.
Responsibilities
- Record daily transactions, and reconcile bank accounts and app-store payouts.
- Prepare the monthly closing and the VAT returns, following ZATCA requirements.
- Track expenses, supplier invoices, and payroll entries.
- Keep e-invoicing records in line with ZATCA requirements.
- Report every month on spending against budget.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: a bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
- Based in Riyadh, or willing to relocate to Riyadh.
- 2+ years in accounting, ideally in a technology or services company.
- Knowledge of VAT and e-invoicing in Saudi Arabia.
- Good Excel skills, and experience with an accounting system (for example Zoho Books, Qoyod, or Odoo).
Pay and Terms
- Total monthly salary SAR 8,000–12,000 (basic salary plus allowances), depending on experience.
- Full-time, on-site at our Riyadh office; working days, hours, and annual leave per the Saudi Labour Law.
- Health insurance and GOSI registration as required by Saudi law.
- Employer: the company. Work location: Riyadh.
Selection Process
