The Accounting Generalist is responsible for managing tasks based on the company Business Process Outsource (BPO) module of shared services, including General Cashier, Accounts Payable, and Income. This role requires training operations on standard accounting practices and adapting to the varying responsibilities within the accounting office structure as needed. Team members will also assist in other areas of the accounting office, such as Accounts Receivable.

Responsibilities
- Manage tasks related to the company BPO module of shared services, General Cashier, Accounts Payable, and Income.
- Train operations on standard accounting practices as needed.
- Work in accordance with all related local and corporate policies and procedures.
- Adapt to the varying responsibilities within the accounting office structure.
- Assist in other areas of the accounting office as needed (e.g., Accounts Receivable).
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- 2 to 5 years’ experience in 5-star luxury hotels and resorts within the Finance Department.
- Preferable experience with the company or other similar Shared Service modules of accounting functions.
- College graduate in Accounting or Finance preferred.
