Accounts Supervisor

About the Role
Are you detail-oriented, driven, and ready to take the next step in your finance career? Our hotel is looking for an Accounts Supervisor to lead daily financial operations and support our commitment to excellence.

A little taste of your day-to-day
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• At the heart of our financial success—ensuring accuracy, integrity, and seamless financial processes across the hotel.
• Overseeing daily accounting tasks including AR, AP, general ledger, and reconciliations.
• Reviewing daily revenue reports and ensuring accuracy across all hotel outlets.
• Supervising Income Audit activities and ensuring strong internal controls.
• Managing supplier payments, reconciliations, and credit collections.
• Supporting payroll review and monthly financial reporting.
• Leading, training, and supporting a small accounting team.
• Assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation.

What we need from you

• At least 2 years hotel accounting experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of hospitality systems (Opera, Micros, SunSystems, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong time-management abilities.
