ACES Program Manager

The company Global Specialty Fulfillment (GSF) operations is looking for an experienced leader with a strong record of achieving results. We are seeking to redefine Ultra-fast grocery operation and help build and grow this new service for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Supporting project execution working across multiple functions in the organization.
• Act as a key link between local operations and country business teams to drive innovation and test new ideas.
• Partner closely with RoW countries to implement and share best practices.
• Maintaining Health and Safety standards within your remit area while promoting an inspiring Health and Safety culture on-site.
• Be accountable for operational leadership by measuring performance, offering feedback, and providing development support.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to optimize operations and improve productivity to meet and exceed business objectives.
• Write and articulate leadership updates, MBRs, and QBRs.

Requirements

• Ability to amicably resolve issues during discussions between various functions.
• Strong skills in holding respective functions accountable for their deliverables.
• Strategic planning for the next three, six, and twelve months, with a particular focus on peak-season planning.
• Establish objectives and metrics for safety, quality, productivity, and customer experience.
• Provide your team with the tools needed for success while driving improvements in productivity and efficiency through data-driven decisions and analytical problem-solving.
