ACES Program Manager

Amazon Global Specialty Fulfillment (GSF) operations is looking for an experienced leader with a strong record of achieving results as an ACES Program Manager in KSA. This role involves being part of a newly formed organization that is designing and launching new business models across MENA, specifically focusing on redefining ultra-fast grocery operations. As the ACES Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and ensuring that best practices are followed safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project execution by working across multiple functions within the organization.
• Maintain health and safety standards while promoting an inspiring health and safety culture on-site.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to optimize operations and improve productivity, meeting and exceeding business objectives.
• Conduct strategic planning with a focus on peak-season operations over the next three, six, and twelve months.
• Establish objectives and metrics for safety, quality, productivity, and customer experience.
• Provide your team with the tools needed for success while driving improvements in productivity and efficiency through data-driven decisions and analytical problem-solving.

Work Conditions

• Focus on six key areas: Safety, People, Quality, Customer Experience, Productivity, Costs, and Environment.
• Act as a liaison with other departments and partner closely with RoW countries to implement and share best practices.
• Be accountable for operational leadership by measuring performance, offering feedback, and providing development support.
• Write and articulate leadership updates, MBRs, and QBRs.
• Amicably resolve issues during discussions between various functions, holding respective functions accountable for their deliverables.
