Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the planning, design, implementation, and optimization of Cisco Data Center solutions for clients.
- Actively deploy cutting-edge SDN technologies and Cisco Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI).
- Implement and manage Cisco Unified Computing System (UCS) and Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HyperFlex) solutions.
- Collaborate with customers to design and execute solutions that meet their business outcomes, ensuring successful technology transitions.
- Resolve complex technical issues, create customer simulations, and validate system compatibility.
- Provide technical guidance during pre-sales activities, transforming business requirements into actionable solution designs.
- Mentor and develop other consultants, sharing intellectual property and delivering knowledge transfer to internal and external stakeholders.
- Support project management by tracking deliverables, ensuring compliance with methodologies, and assisting in the resolution of project issues.
Scope of Work:
- Interface with customers, senior leadership, engineers, and internal teams to ensure project success.
- Act as a subject matter expert in multiple technology areas, providing deep technical insight to solve industry-wide challenges.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science or Electrical Engineering) or equivalent, with 8+ years of relevant experience in the IT industry.
- Expert-level knowledge in IP internetworking, LAN Switching Protocols, and IP Routing protocols (e.g., IGRP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP).
- Hands-on experience with Cisco Switches/Routers (2k, 3k, Catalyst 6500, ISR 3900, ASR 1k) and implementing Cisco ACI.
- Proficient in deploying Cisco UCS solutions, including provisioning of fabric interconnects, blades, and rack servers.
- Strong knowledge of Hyperconverged Infrastructure and VM environments (VMware/Hyper-V), along with storage network expertise.
- Experience in troubleshooting large-scale network environments and handling professional services for enterprise-level networks.
- Proficient in English with strong technical account management skills.
Desired Skills:
- CCIE certification in Data Center preferred.
- Knowledge and experience with Cisco Nexus platforms (5K/7K), including Fabric Path, OTV, VDC, and VPC.
- Ability to articulate the business benefits of data center virtualization and cloud architectures.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer-facing communication skills.
- Expertise in managing complex IT processes, from architecture to operations, with a focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions.
