Acquiring Business Analyst

The company is offering an immediate opening for the position of Acquiring Business Analyst. The successful candidate will have extensive experience (7 to 15 years) in the Cards & Payments domain, with a focus on Acquiring, Authorization Processing, and Payment Switching platforms. This role demands strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to design solutions that drive successful outcomes within complex payment ecosystems.

Job Description:

• Requirement Analysis: Gather, document, and validate business requirements across payment systems.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure alignment on business needs.
• Solution Design: Translate business requirements into functional specifications and support solution architecture.
• Delivery Support: Partner with technology teams during development, testing, and deployment to ensure successful implementation.
• Domain Expertise: Provide subject matter expertise in acquiring, authorization, and switching platforms to guide decision-making.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize workflows and enhance system efficiency.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the Cards & Payments industry.
• Strong knowledge of Acquiring, Authorization Processing, and Payment Switching.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
