Job Description:
- Requirement Analysis: Gather, document, and validate business requirements across payment systems.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure alignment on business needs.
- Solution Design: Translate business requirements into functional specifications and support solution architecture.
- Delivery Support: Partner with technology teams during development, testing, and deployment to ensure successful implementation.
- Domain Expertise: Provide subject matter expertise in acquiring, authorization, and switching platforms to guide decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize workflows and enhance system efficiency.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the Cards & Payments industry.
- Strong knowledge of Acquiring, Authorization Processing, and Payment Switching.
