Acquisitions and Integration Analyst

The role holder is responsible for providing support in scouting for new acquisitions in the TelCo space for targets needed for stand-alone subsidiaries and/or enhancing existing subsidiaries with assets and capabilities. The position involves managing the post-merger integration end-to-end for the TelCo portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Support in providing directives towards scouting for new acquisitions in the TelCo sector.
• Manage the value chain of acquisition-related activities, including due diligence, business case calculations, structuring, negotiations, and transaction execution for TelCo business opportunities.
• Develop detailed business cases for TelCo opportunities.
• Provide optimal support to the investment unit in identifying TelCo investment opportunities.
• Identify, qualify, and prioritize growth opportunities locally and internationally for the company NEW MARKETS cluster and find collaboration areas with other business units.
• Develop an integration approach and value creation plan in alignment with the Strategy Unit.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in strategic planning or business development, preferably within the telecommunication industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Finance.
• Master's Degree in Finance is preferred.
• Relevant certifications in strategy planning, such as Strategic Management Professional (SMP) certification or Strategic Planning Professional (SPP).
