Job Description
- Work with our external partner to review activation and event opportunities on an annual basis.
- Develop and implement activation & events strategy to suit brand and product needs/requirements.
- Develop and implement live communication initiatives.
- Develop and implement real-time engagement platforms.
- Develop and implement commercial and corporate events such as sales roadshows, consumer events, etc.
- Perform post-event evaluation and reporting.
- Monitor effectiveness of initiatives including quality, reach, and acceptance of messages communicated. Measure the KPIs as specified for each event and ensure the metrics are delivered.
- Identify and secure partnerships to develop the Tetris application.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's in Mass Communications or related field / or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 7 to 12 years of experience in a similar role in digital marketing/ digital communication or equivalent.
- Sound understanding of communication processes, the UAE market, and best practices.
- Proven and demonstrably successful track record of delivering projects on time and on or under budget.
- Good understanding of technical aspects of web development, analytics, UI/UX, digital media, and social media.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills both verbal and written in both Arabic and English.
- Strong organizational ability and project management skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a pressured work environment.
- Proactive, creative problem-solver focused on solutions.
- Strong leadership with a collaborative style of managing & leading, with a focus on team-building & teamwork.
