We are looking for an Ad Operations Associate to support our in-app ad monetization efforts. The role involves managing inbound advertiser leads, onboarding clients, coordinating with ad partners such as Google and SDK networks, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to enhance our ad experience. You’ll work with internal stakeholders, external publishers, and advertisers to maximize revenue opportunities and improve the ads ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct Advertiser Management:

    • Handle inbound leads for direct ad sales, qualify prospects, and manage end-to-end onboarding.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for advertisers and ensure seamless campaign execution.
    • Provide ongoing account management support to maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ad Monetization & Partner Coordination:

    • Manage in-app ad inventories across Google Ad Manager, SDK-based networks, and direct sales channels.
    • Liaise with Google, SDK partners, and other third-party publishers for operational, technical, and business requirements.
    • Monitor campaign delivery and performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate solutions with internal teams and partners.
  • Product Improvement & Stakeholder Management:

    • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance the ads ecosystem.
    • Provide insights from advertisers, SDK partners, and monetization performance to influence product roadmaps.
    • Coordinate and implement experiments to improve the user ad experience.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in ad operations or account/client management roles.
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills to work across internal and external teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Good to Have:

  • Prior experience in Ad Sales.
  • Familiarity with Google AdMob, Publisher SDK platforms, or other ad monetization tools.
  • Exposure to apps, gaming, or fintech ecosystems where ad monetization is a key revenue driver.
