Administrative Support - PMO Team

ADVANCED CONCEPTS is an entity within the company dedicated to the design and deployment of advanced, innovative technologies. The role involves providing administrative support to the PMO team members, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and meeting materials, and managing correspondence related to projects.

Core Accountabilities

• Assist in the coordination and management of project-related activities, including tracking project progress and monitoring project schedules.
• Execute administrative tasks such as handling correspondence, filing, and procurement of project resources, including assisting with raising Purchase Requests (PR’s).
• Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of project management processes and procedures, and assist with the preparation and maintenance of project-related budgets and financial reports.
• Communicate with project team members to ensure project-related information is accurate and up-to-date, including writing Meeting Minutes (MOM) for project meetings.
• Manage project documentation such as project plans, schedules, budgets, and reports, ensuring all relevant project information is accurate.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or project support role, with 2-3 years of experience preferred, demonstrating increasing responsibilities.
• Good knowledge and understanding of project management software and tools, as well as proficiency in the use of MS Office Suite.
• An advanced degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a professional certification such as PMP is preferred.
