Administrator Telecom System

This role involves installation, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting of various telecom systems. Key responsibilities include managing Infoblox DDI systems, Cisco Access Control Server, Cisco Identity Service Engine, DHCP, DNS, and Stratum 1 NTP servers.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems and preferably hold international certifications such as MCSE or MCP. A minimum of 6 years of experience with DNS, DHCP, IPAM, and Linux AAA systems is required. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in server maintenance within a service provider environment while adhering to security policies and procedures.

Candidates must be knowledgeable about Linux, Solaris, and Unix platforms, as well as security solutions including IPS, IDS, and firewalls. Familiarity with virtualization and cloud computing is also beneficial. Good practices in incident management, change management, SLA management, service desk management, and customer satisfaction management are essential. Additionally, candidates should have a strong grasp of SFTP, FTP, SSH, TACACS, RADIUS, IPv4 and IPv6 address spaces, along with in-depth knowledge of DNS resource records, DHCP processes, and TCP/IP.
