About the Role
This position requires a leader who can cultivate cultural norms for improved, uniform HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) practices by driving accountability. The successful candidate will demonstrate a personal commitment to HSE Golden Rules, Ethics Policies & Procedures, and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) Strategy. You will lead a high-performing regional team, fostering a culture of collaboration, customer-centricity, and operational excellence. You will be accountable for the P&L (Profit and Loss) performance in the assigned contracts and will implement corrective measures or programs as required. Additionally, strong client relationships must be maintained to ensure the delivery of high-quality customer services and solutions across the Middle East geography. This role also involves the development and successful delivery of the Lifting Solutions business line concerning safety, quality, financial performance, and customer satisfaction across the assigned contracts.

Responsibilities
- Cultivate accountability for HSE practices and compliance
- Maintain strong client relationships; ensure high-quality service delivery
- Prepare annual budget process and manage CAPEX expenditure
- Actively participate in the tendering process and ensure compliance with internal governance
- Investigate, report, and analyze HSE incidents to implement strategies for avoidance
- Work closely with Business Development (BD) teams to prioritize prospects
- Develop close working relationships with client management; manage client complaints efficiently
- Conduct regular site and client visits offshore/onshore
- Monitor financial targets and maintain DSO within group objectives
- Foster innovation and positive behaviors within the team
- Ensure compliance with safety, environment, and quality regulations
- Set SMART objectives and KPIs for direct reports
- Facilitate the integration of new employees into the organization
Requirements
- Strategic Vision & Alignment: Ability to understand the bigger picture and align with organizational goals
- Financial Acumen: Proficiency in analyzing financial information for informed decision-making
- Commercial Acumen: Skill in interpreting business situations and driving successful results
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience
- Relevant management experience
- Demonstrable experience in the lifting sector
- Strong understanding of commercial and cost awareness
