Position

About the Engagement
This project aims to support a large Adobe implementation initiative requiring experienced professionals across Content Supply Chain, Experience Platform & Digital Marketing, and Program & Delivery workstreams.
It is a high-priority, multi-resource engagement focused on complex Adobe implementations within enterprise environments. The initial engagement is expected to run for approximately six (6) months, with potential for extension and future project opportunities based on performance, business needs, and the continued expansion of Adobe-related programs.
Resources will work as part of distributed delivery teams that provide support in areas such as architecture, implementation, integration, configuration, data, marketing technology, analytics, operations, and program delivery.
Due to the scale and pace of the program, candidates should be comfortable collaborating remotely within cross-functional teams and quickly adapting to established project environments.

Position Overview
We are seeking a senior Adobe Enterprise Architect to define and lead the future-state architecture for complex enterprise Adobe Experience Cloud environments.
This role will involve working across multiple Adobe products and the client’s broader enterprise ecosystem to determine how various elements, such as content, customer data, analytics, identity, personalization, journey orchestration, commerce, CRM, cloud platforms, and external systems, should integrate and function cohesively.
This position is a broad, cross-platform architecture role—not focused on implementing a single Adobe product and not a platform-administration position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the senior architecture leader and trusted advisor for enterprise Adobe transformation initiatives.
  • Lead discovery processes with executive, business, marketing, product, data, security, and technology stakeholders.
  • Assess the current Adobe ecosystem, enterprise platforms, integrations, data architecture, operational model, and technical debt.
  • Define current-state, transition-state, future-state, and North Star architectures.
  • Translate business objectives into scalable enterprise technology strategies.
  • Define the flow of content, data, identity, analytics, personalization, decisioning, and activation across platforms.
  • Design integration approaches between Adobe products and other systems, including CRM, commerce, cloud, data warehouse, identity, consent, DAM, and activation platforms.
  • Establish architecture principles, technical guardrails, integration patterns, governance standards, and decision frameworks.
  • Develop phased transformation roadmaps, dependencies, sequencing, and investment priorities.
  • Lead architecture reviews and guide Solution Architects, Consultants, Engineers, Developers, Product Owners, and delivery teams.
  • Create and present architecture diagrams, roadmaps, decision documents, and executive recommendations.
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex cross-platform architecture decisions.

Relevant Adobe Specialties

  • Adobe Experience Platform, Real-Time CDP, and enterprise data architecture.
  • Adobe Experience Manager, DAM, Workfront, and content supply chains.
  • Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Journey Optimizer, Campaign, and Target.
  • Adobe Commerce, customer identity, governance, enterprise integrations, and APIs.

Required Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, digital transformation, martech, data, or enterprise technology consulting.
  • Significant experience in leading enterprise-scale Adobe Experience Cloud transformations.
  • Broad architecture experience across at least three Adobe products or capabilities.
  • At least one official Adobe certification is required; the exact certification must be clearly listed on the resume.
  • Demonstrated ownership of current-state, future-state, and transition-state architecture.
  • Experience in creating multiyear Adobe platform or digital-transformation roadmaps.
  • Proven experience in integrating Adobe products with enterprise data, CRM, identity, commerce, cloud, content, and activation platforms.
  • Experience advising Vice President, C-suite, or comparable executive stakeholders.
  • Strong executive presence, facilitation, presentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to independently lead a complex engagement involving multiple products, teams, and business units.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Multiple Adobe certifications or certifications aligned with AEP, AEM, CJA, Analytics, AJO, Target, Workfront, Commerce, or other Experience Cloud products.
  • Experience across four or more Adobe Experience Cloud products.
  • Background in consulting, systems integration, or digital agency work.
  • Familiarity with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Knowledge of privacy, consent, security, identity, and data governance.

What Success Looks Like

  • Client leadership has a clear and achievable future-state Adobe architecture.
  • Adobe products operate as an integrated ecosystem rather than isolated tools.
  • Delivery teams are provided with clear architectural direction and decision guardrails.
  • The client regards this individual as a trusted strategic and technical advisor.
