Adobe Lifecycle Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a hands-on CRM deployment specialist who will build, configure, and optimize automated lifecycle journeys directly within Adobe. This role involves translating business requirements into live CRM programs and owning the entire implementation process, from audience segmentation and journey logic to deployment and optimization. As a hands-on build role, you will play a critical part in enhancing customer engagement and optimizing CRM strategies.

Core Responsibilities:

• Build and deploy automated lifecycle journeys and campaigns in Adobe.
• Configure audience segments, triggers, journey logic, decisioning, and dynamic content.
• Manage workflows across email, SMS, and push notifications.
• Own quality assurance (QA), testing, deployment, and governance processes.
• Monitor performance, run A/B tests, and optimize journeys based on data insights.
• Manage the delivery backlog, phase the roadmap, and coordinate with client, creative, and technology teams.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on CRM deployment experience, including at least 2 years with Adobe Campaign.
• Proven experience in building and deploying complex, automated lifecycle journeys.
• Hands-on expertise in Adobe Campaign and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
• Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including profiles, identities, and audiences.
• SQL skills for segmentation and data quality assurance (QA).
• Strong communication skills along with effective delivery and stakeholder management.
• Adobe Certified: Adobe Journey Optimizer Business Practitioner (Professional).
• Experience in airline, travel, or loyalty CRM, and knowledge of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) markets are advantageous.
