Responsibilities
- Drive the successful execution of strategic Adobe-led programs, aligning business objectives with tactical and operational delivery.
- Act as the central point of coordination between technical, business, and client stakeholders, fostering cross-functional collaboration and ensuring alignment, transparency, and timely decision-making.
- Lead portfolio and delivery governance under hybrid methodologies, optimizing timelines and resources while proactively managing risks and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Oversee financial and performance management, including KPI tracking, budget ownership, margin control, and full requirements traceability to guarantee sustainable and consistent value delivery.
Requirements
- Proven track record leading complex digital transformation and MarTech programs in enterprise environments.
- Strong experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Solid expertise delivering end-to-end projects within the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.
- Hands-on or leadership exposure to solutions such as:
- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Adobe Commerce
- Adobe Campaign
- Adobe Analytics / Customer Journey Analytics
- Adobe Target / Personalization
- Deep understanding of Adobe architecture, integrations, and implementation best practices.
- Experience owning budgets, managing margins, and ensuring financial performance across projects.
- Ability to align business objectives with scalable Adobe-driven solutions and measurable outcomes.
