About the Role
As an Advanced Field Service Engineer, you will provide advanced technical support and expertise to our customers in the Process Automation (PA) business unit. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions, and driving customer satisfaction. Your expertise and commitment to excellence will play a crucial role in the success of our field service operations and the growth of our business. In this role, you will impact the efficiency, productivity, and safety of our customers' operations by delivering exceptional technical support and service. You will report directly to the Program Manager and help build a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying and developing successors, driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture.

Responsibilities
- Lead project technical scopes and deliver project objectives.
- Act as the technical focal point for LSS projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for customers.
- Provide advanced technical support and expertise for PA solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Conduct training sessions for customers and field service engineers.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements; provide recommendations for improvement.
- Deliver direct value to priority customers to promote business success.
- Engage in extensive mobilization to customer locations as per project needs.
- Maintain project deliverables according to company processes and meet all quality and audit requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution/university in a technical discipline such as electronic engineering, instrumentation engineering, or computer systems engineering.
- Minimum of 10+ years of proven experience in field service engineering, focusing on complex technical solutions.
- Strong technical knowledge and expertise in Process Automation technologies.
- Experion certification – OPM L4 and Experion L4 – Preferred.
- Experion Networking experience; CCNA certification is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in project management and execution.
- Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Proficient English language skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations based on project needs.
