About the Job:
The Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Senior Analyst will primarily support the Busbar product line for the RAK, UAE manufacturing location as part of the EMEA Advanced Manufacturing Engineering organization. This role is responsible for supporting new product introduction, manufacturing readiness, process development, product transfers, tooling and fixture definition, standardization, and continuous improvement for Busbar production. Collaboration with Product Engineering, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and Plant Manufacturing Engineering is essential to ensure that new and existing Busbar products are launched and supported with robust and scalable manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure NPDI readiness for Busbar products at the RAK site and timely completion of manufacturing deliverables.
- Support prototype, pilot, and pre-production builds from a Manufacturing Engineering perspective.
- Develop and implement manufacturing plans for new Busbar products and product changes.
- Prepare manufacturing processes, tooling, fixtures, layouts, work instructions, drawings, bill of materials, and test methods for successful launch and stable ramp-up.
- Coordinate industrialization activities with various departments.
- Conduct design for manufacturability and design for assembly reviews to enhance manufacturability, cost, quality, and process efficiency.
- Assist in plant-to-plant product transfers and the implementation of standardized manufacturing methods.
- Develop and release standardized manufacturing documentation, including workmanship standards and process documentation.
- Identify, specify, and justify key manufacturing processes, tools, fixtures, and equipment.
- Research and support the implementation of new manufacturing technologies and practices.
- Conduct manufacturing cost analysis for new and existing products.
- Assist with capacity analysis, line balancing, layout development, labor optimization, and process flow improvements.
- Support capital projects related to industrialization, layout changes, tooling, and equipment.
- Develop Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis and control plans to enhance manufacturability and quality.
- Coordinate structured problem-solving activities to improve operating performance.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma projects focused on productivity, waste reduction, quality improvement, and process stability.
- Act as a technical advisor on Busbar-related process development and industrialization topics.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, environmental health and safety regulations, and quality requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English.
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in manufacturing engineering, advanced manufacturing engineering, industrialization, or technical operations.
- Experience in supporting new product introduction, product transfers, and manufacturing readiness.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, product data management systems, CAD tools, and manufacturing data analysis tools.
- Experience with facility or production line layout development using AutoCAD or equivalent software.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of assembly and fabrication processes.
- Familiarity with manufacturing methods, tooling, fixtures, and documentation.
- Effective application of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma techniques.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction at all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work cross-functionally across various departments.
- Preferred experience with financial and business applications related to cost analysis and project justification.
Travel Requirements: Ability to travel up to 5%.
