Advisor – Business Development & Strategic Growth

The company is seeking an experienced Advisor – Business Development & Strategic Growth to drive strategic business development initiatives across its diverse defense and technology portfolio. In this high-impact, customer-facing role, you will work closely with BD leadership to identify, shape, and capture strategic opportunities across land, air, maritime, and electronic warfare domains. Leveraging your expertise in military operations, defense markets, and emerging technologies, you will help influence customer requirements, develop winning growth strategies, and maximize cross-cluster business opportunities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in military operations, defense business development, strategic growth, or related consultancy roles.
• Strong understanding of military CONOPS, defense procurement, and global defense markets.
• Expertise in emerging technologies such as AI, autonomous systems, electronic warfare, and advanced defense solutions.
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior military, government, and industry stakeholders.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Strategic Studies, International Security, or a related field.
