The Advisor - ICT Operations & Planning plays a key leadership role within Trojena’s Digital & Technology team, ensuring the seamless deployment, integration, and performance optimization of company-wide digital platforms. This role oversees the planning, implementation, and operational readiness of complex ICT systems such as Revizto, Aconex, Primavera P6, SharePoint, Microsoft Data Fabric, SAP, and Sirion. The candidate will manage the full lifecycle of systems, from requirements gathering to governance and post-implementation optimization.

The position requires strong alignment with NEOM's digital strategy, data governance policies, and the Cognitive City framework, connecting enterprise platforms and intelligent infrastructure into a unified and scalable ecosystem. The role reports directly to the Head of Digital & IT.
Requirements Summary:
- At least 10+ years of experience in ICT operations, digital delivery, ERP integration, and enterprise systems management. Experience in large capital projects or infrastructure environments is a plus.
- Proven knowledge of platforms such as SAP (FI/CO, PM), Primavera P6, Revizto, Aconex, SharePoint, Sirion, Esri, and Microsoft Azure.
- Familiarity with intelligent infrastructure systems such as IoT, SCADA, BMS, CSS, and 5G/Wi-Fi networks.
- Strong knowledge of managing complex digital platforms from requirements gathering through governance to operational handover.
- In-depth experience with data governance, integration, and analytics using SQL, Power BI, and Data Fabric.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, contracts, and strategic sourcing decisions.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with experience in cross-functional team coordination.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud, multi-cloud, and hybrid cloud environments.
