Advisor - .NET Backend - End Developer (SMP)

The .NET Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance backend applications and services. This role requires deep expertise in the .NET Framework/Core, C#, and enterprise-grade application development. The .NET Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, frontend developers, mobile developers, designers, and end-users to deliver reliable and efficient software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure backend services using .NET Core/Framework.
• Implement REST APIs and microservices to support frontend and mobile applications.
• Optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with project managers, frontend/mobile developers, and QA teams for high-quality delivery.
• Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in .NET Framework/Core and C# for backend development.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, Web APIs, and microservices architectures.
• Proficiency in database technologies such as SQL Server, NoSQL, and ORM frameworks (e.g., Entity Framework).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and on-premise deployments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in backend software development, focusing on .NET technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Familiarity with IT service management and software lifecycle practices.
