As an Advisory AI Strategist, you will drive AI adoption in key accounts by shaping engagement strategies, translating customer goals into actionable roadmaps, and aligning business, IT, and risk stakeholders around the company’s AI Factory vision.
You Will:
- Lead or co-lead AI discovery, problem framing, and diagnosis with customer teams to uncover blockers to AI adoption and value realization and co-design AI operating models and governance (roles, decision rights, pilot-to-production processes) that support secure, compliant scaling of AI use cases.
- Drive stakeholder alignment by mapping decision makers, facilitating workshops, and maintaining clear engagement cadences, partnering with AI Architects and AI Data Specialists to define scope, success criteria, and readiness for AI proofs of value and production rollouts.
- Define adoption and enablement approaches (change management, training, AI champions, communities of practice) that build long-term customer capability and mentor less experienced team members on AI governance, organizational change, and engagement best practices.
- Coordinate FDE Unit engagement rhythms (checkpoints, steering sessions, risk reviews) with customer programs and the company account leadership.
- Provide feedback to the company AI Factory offers and playbooks based on field experience and common customer patterns.
Essential Requirements:
- Typically 6+ years in enterprise consulting, analytics, AI/ML programs, or transformation-led sales with large, complex organizations.
- Experience leading multi-stakeholder initiatives from strategy through execution, ideally including AI, analytics, or digital transformation and strong skills in problem framing, discovery, and root-cause analysis of organizational and process issues.
- Experience designing or refining operating models and governance frameworks that connect technology initiatives to business outcomes and risk posture and solid business acumen and ability to connect AI and GenAI use cases to measurable value.
- Proven stakeholder management and facilitation skills with business and IT leaders, including executives, and strong communication and storytelling skills, able to translate AI capabilities and results into clear business narratives.
- Ability to travel to customer sites and the company locations as needed, in line with business requirements and applicable laws and the company policies.
Desirable Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data/Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience leading AI, analytics, or digital transformation programs.
- Experience engaging senior executives (Director level and above) on operating models, governance, or major transformation initiatives across industries and functions.
