As a Professional Services Advisory Consultant, you will provide technical and consultative guidance on a range of complex engagements and deliver technical architectural design, strategies, and solutions for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical expertise during pre/post-sales meetings or presentations.
- Resolving issues as the primary point of contact for technical questions, leading code reviews, testing processes, and software certification.
- Facilitating client and internal meetings and presenting architecture and design solutions.
- Planning installation, customization, and integration of Dell Technologies solutions.
- Leading complex projects and multiple work streams.
- Utilizing your in-depth industry knowledge to assist customers in increasing operational efficiencies and market share.
Essential Requirements:
- 12 to 15 years of related experience.
- Experience with installation, customization, and integration of highly complex architecture and technologies.
- Proven ability to execute projects following approved methodology while adhering to margin, planning, and SOW requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal skills to influence and interact with confidence at all levels within Dell Technologies, customers, partners, and vendors.
- Experience in Multi-cloud implementations, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery.
- Knowledge of IT operating and ITSM with exposure to Cyber Security and operations resiliency.
Desirable Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Industry technical certifications.
- Advanced knowledge of business/technology transformation programs such as Digital, IT, Security, and Workforce.
Language Requirements:
Strong proficiency in English is preferred.
