You will guide revenue for our GRC products by working closely with Sales, Product Management, and the executive team. This role requires a hands-on technical consultant who can effectively deliver solutions and position them during sales cycles.

Location: Riyadh Region
Work Conditions: Hybrid, Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a technical and domain expert for a client-facing sales team, supporting solution sales.
  • Lead discovery workshops to understand customer challenges and provide product demonstrations.
  • Align our solutions with customer needs by mapping customer challenges and goals back to product capabilities.
  • Address product feature and technical inquiries from customers, channel partners, and colleagues.
  • Act as the domain Subject Matter Expert (SME) across various GRC areas.
  • Provide feedback to product management for potential enhancements based on customer needs.
  • Share best practices and re-usable assets with other Solution Consultants to enhance team efficiency.
  • Identify and deliver cross-product solutions that align with customer challenges and industry needs.
  • Stay updated on competitive analysis and regulatory trends.
  • Support and participate in marketing events such as briefings, conferences, and trade shows.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in leveraging AI in work processes and decision-making.
  • Proven pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience, specifically with GRC solutions.
  • Demonstrable knowledge in core GRC domains, with familiarity in the Cyber Security domain being a plus.
  • Proficiency with the company platform or expertise in cloud software solutions.
  • Collaborative experience with product management, marketing, partners, and professional services.
  • Strong soft skills in presentation and teamwork, with a personal drive for skill development.
  • Territory management skills, including pipeline building and execution excellence.
  • Ability to travel as necessary.
  • Language Requirements: Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
