As a member of our Solution Consulting team, you will significantly impact our future success by partnering with the Risk & Security Solution Sales Team to drive net new business in the GRC/IRM domain. You will guide revenue for our GRC products with the support of Sales, Product Management, and the executive team. This role requires a hands-on technical consultant who can deliver solutions effectively and thoughtfully during sales cycles.

Responsibilities:

  • Support solution sales as a technical and domain expert.
  • Lead discovery workshops to determine customer challenges and provide product demonstrations.
  • Understand customer challenges and goals and align them with solution capabilities.
  • Answer product feature and technical questions from clients and stakeholders.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) across broad areas of GRC.
  • Provide feedback to product management for enhancements that cater to customer needs.
  • Identify, build-out, and deliver cross-product sales opportunities addressing customer challenges.
  • Stay informed on competitive analysis, regulatory trends, and market differentiation.
  • Support and speak at marketing events such as conferences and trade shows.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in leveraging AI in work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • Proven pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience, particularly with GRC solutions.
  • Familiarity with core GRC domains and a strong understanding of the Cyber Security domain is a plus.
  • Proficiency with the company platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions.
  • Collaborative experience with product management, product marketing, and professional services.
  • Proven presentation skills and personal drive for continuous improvement.
  • Territory management skills and experience guiding execution excellence in sales.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
