This role requires a dedicated Advisory & Professional Services Sales Specialist to lead and drive the sales pipeline within defined focus areas. The specialist will collaborate with Account Managers, providing essential expertise within the sales team while proactively building opportunities to qualify and close sales. The position is designed as 'Hybrid,' with an expectation to work on average 2 days per week from an office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage the sales pipeline, capturing leads beyond specialization and ensuring follow-up through closed-loop lead management.
  • Maintain competitive knowledge to effectively position the company's products and services.
  • Utilize subject matter expertise to explore new prospects and augment existing opportunities, driving the sales pursuit.
  • Support Account Managers with business development insights and solution expertise.
  • Develop quota objectives and strategize for future directions of the product category.
  • Cultivate professional, consultative relationships with clients, including C-level executives, to deeply understand and address their business needs within relevant industries.

Education and Experience Required:

  • University or Bachelor's degree.
  • Relevant work experience related to sales.
  • Extensive sales experience within the industry, particularly with similar products.
  • Typically, 8-10 years of advanced sales experience is expected.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Expertise in knowledge of products, service offerings, and competitor solutions to effectively sell large solutions.
  • Profound understanding of the industry and market segments for key accounts, applying this insight in consultative selling approaches.
  • Proficiency in account planning and accurate revenue forecasting.
  • Ability to build and sustain positive customer relationships to ensure account retention and growth.
  • Demonstrated leadership and initiative in driving specialty sales through prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
