You will play a crucial role in impacting our future success by supporting the Solution Sales for Employee Experience, Customer Workflow, and ITX solutions. This position requires a hands-on technical consultant who can effectively deliver and position solutions during sales cycles, supported by Sales, Product Management, and the executive team.

As a Solution Consultant, you will develop and position product-specific solutions while achieving quarterly and annual sales goals for your assigned territory. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and providing product demonstrations aligning our solutions with their needs.
  • Answering product feature and technical questions from customers, channel partners, and the company colleagues.
  • Providing feedback to product management about enhancements to address customer needs and add value.
  • Sharing best practices and reusable assets with other Solution Consultants to improve team efficiency.
  • Staying updated on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
  • Supporting marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
  • Proficiency in the company platform or expertise with cloud software solutions.
  • Experience in leveraging AI in work processes for decision-making or problem-solving.
  • Strong collaborative skills with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services.
  • Skills in territory management, including pipeline building and execution excellence.
