As a hands-on technical consultant, you will have the opportunity to deeply engage in solution delivery and positioning throughout the sales cycle. You will lead discovery workshops to understand customer challenges and demonstrate how ServiceNow's solutions align with their needs. Responsibilities include answering technical questions, providing feedback on product enhancements, collaborating with other consultants on best practices, and supporting marketing events.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience
- Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions
- Experience in leveraging AI in work processes and decision-making
- Strong territorial management skills including pipeline building
- Collaborative experience with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services
