Position

As a member of our Solution Consulting team, you will play a key role in driving our success by supporting Solution Sales for Employee Experience, Customer Workflow, and ITX. Your responsibility will involve guiding revenue for our products with the collaboration of Sales, Product Management, and the executive team. This role requires a hands-on technical consultant who can effectively engage in solution delivery and positioning throughout the sales cycles.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a technical consultant with the ability to develop, position, and deliver product-specific solutions during sales cycles while achieving quarterly and annual sales goals for your assigned territory.
  • Support product sales as a technical and domain expert within a client-facing sales team.
  • Conduct discovery workshops to identify customers' challenges and provide product demonstrations that align our solutions with customer needs.
  • Address product feature and technical inquiries from customers, channel partners, and the company colleagues.
  • Provide feedback to product management regarding product enhancements that can better meet customer needs and deliver additional value.
  • Share and learn best practices and reusable assets with fellow Solution Consultants to enhance team quality and efficiency.
  • Stay informed on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
  • Support marketing events, including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in leveraging or thinking critically about integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, utilizing AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact in the function or industry.
  • Extensive pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
  • Proficiency with the company platform or technical expertise in cloud software solutions.
  • Proven collaborative experience with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services.
  • Skills in territory management including pipeline building and working closely with Sales counterparts to ensure execution excellence.
  • Language Requirements: Fluent in English and Arabic.
