About the Job:
The company, a global market leader in AI-enhanced technology, is seeking an Advisory Solution Consultant to join our Solution Consulting team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting Solution Sales for Employee Experience, Customer Workflow, and ITX solutions. This technical consultant will work closely with Sales, Product Management, and the executive team to guide revenue for specific products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support product sales as a technical and domain expert within a client-facing sales team.
- Lead discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and deliver product demonstrations.
- Address product feature and technical inquiries from customers and the company colleagues.
- Provide insights to product management for enhancements aimed at meeting customer needs.
- Share best practices and reusable assets with fellow Solution Consultants to improve team efficiency.
- Stay updated on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
- Participate in marketing events, including executive briefings, conferences, and trade shows.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
- Proficiency with the company platform or similar cloud software solutions.
- Experience in integrating AI into work processes or decision making.
- Strong collaborative skills with experience working alongside product management and professional services.
- Competent in territory management, including pipeline building and execution excellence.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
