Position

As a member of our Solution Consulting team at ServiceNow, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Solution Sales related to Employee Experience, Customer Workflow, and ITX. Your main responsibility will be to guide revenue for one of our products in collaboration with Sales, Product Management, and the executive team. This role requires a hands-on technical consultant who possesses the ability to effectively deliver and position solutions during sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, position, and provide product-specific solutions as a technical consultant during sales cycles.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals for an assigned territory.
  • Lead discovery workshops to determine customer challenges and deliver product demonstrations that align with customer needs.
  • Address product feature and technical inquiries from customers, channel partners, and internal colleagues.
  • Offer feedback to product management regarding enhancements that can meet customer demands and add value.
  • Share best practices and reusable assets with other Solution Consultants to improve team performance.
  • Stay informed on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
  • Support marketing initiatives such as executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
  • Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise in cloud software solutions.
  • Experience in integrating AI into work processes or decision-making.
  • Collaborative working experience with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services.
  • Territory management skills, including pipeline building and executing sales strategies.
  • Travel may be required as necessary.
