About the Job:
As a member of our Solution Consulting team at ServiceNow, you will play a crucial role in supporting Solution Sales focused on Employee Experience, Customer Workflow, and ITX. You will contribute to revenue generation for our products while collaborating with Sales, Product Management, and the executive team. This position requires a hands-on technical consultant capable of deep engagement in solution delivery and positioning during sales cycles.

Responsibilities:
- Act as a technical consultant and domain expert for a client-facing sales team.
- Lead discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and provide product demonstrations.
- Address product feature and technical questions from customers and partners.
- Offer feedback to product management regarding enhancements to meet customer needs.
- Share and learn best practices with other Solution Consultants to improve team efficiency.
- Stay informed on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
- Support marketing events such as executive briefings, conferences, and trade shows.
Qualifications:
- Experience with AI integration in work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- Extensive pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
- Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or expertise in cloud software solutions.
- Experience working collaboratively with product management, marketing, and partners.
- Skills in territory management and pipeline building.
