Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a technical consultant, developing and delivering product-specific solutions while achieving sales goals for an assigned territory.
- Lead discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and present product demonstrations that align with customer needs.
- Address product feature and technical inquiries from customers, channel partners, and team members.
- Provide product management with insights for enhancements based on customer feedback.
- Collaborate with other Solution Consultants to share best practices and improve team efficiency.
- Stay informed on competitive analysis and market trends.
- Support marketing events such as conferences, executive briefings, and trade shows.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
- Proficiency in the company platform or equivalent technical expertise with cloud software solutions.
- Experience in leveraging AI to enhance work processes and decision-making.
- Strong territory management and pipeline-building skills, with a collaborative approach working alongside sales teams.
Work Conditions:
This role is based in the Riyadh Region, following a hybrid work model that allows flexibility between in-office and remote work environments.
