ServiceNow is looking for an Advisory Solution Consultant to join our Solution Consulting team in Dubai. As part of this ambitious team, you will play a vital role in driving our future success by supporting solution sales across Employee Experience, Customer Workflow, and ITX. Your hands-on technical expertise will be critical in guiding revenue generation for our products, and you will collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, and the executive team.

Job Description

In this role, you will serve as a technical consultant with the advanced capability to develop, position, and deliver product-specific solutions throughout the sales cycles. You will be responsible for achieving quarterly and annual sales goals for your assigned territory by:

  • Leading discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and providing product demonstrations that align our solutions with their needs.
  • Answering product feature and technical queries from customers, channel partners, and ServiceNow colleagues.
  • Providing valuable feedback to product management regarding product enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and deliver additional value.
  • Sharing best practices and reusable assets with fellow Solution Consultants to enhance the overall quality and efficiency of the team.
  • Staying updated on competitive analysis and market differentiation to strengthen our offerings.
  • Supporting marketing events, including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.

Qualifications

To excel in this position, you should have:

  • A minimum of 7 years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
  • Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or strong technical expertise in cloud software solutions.
  • Experience collaborating with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services.
  • Solid territory management skills, particularly in building pipelines and coordinating effectively with Sales counterparts.
