Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a technical consultant capable of developing, positioning, and providing product-specific solutions to achieve sales goals for the assigned territory.
- Support product sales as a technical and domain expert within a client-facing sales team.
- Conduct discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and deliver product demonstrations that align with customer needs.
- Address product feature and technical inquiries from customers, channel partners, and internal teams.
- Provide feedback to product management regarding product enhancements.
- Share best practices and reusable assets with other Solution Consultants to improve team efficiency.
- Stay informed about competitive analysis and market differentiation.
- Assist with marketing events, including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.

Qualifications:
- 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
- Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise in cloud software solutions.

- Strong collaboration skills with product management, marketing, partners, and professional services.
- Territory management skills, including pipeline building and collaboration with Sales counterparts.
