Responsibilities:
- Serve as a technical consultant with the ability to develop, position, and provide product-specific solutions during sales cycles while achieving sales goals for an assigned territory.
- Support product sales as a technical and domain expert within a client-facing sales team.
- Lead discovery workshops to determine customers' challenges and demonstrate how our solutions can meet their needs.
- Address product feature and technical inquiries from customers, channel partners, and ServiceNow colleagues.
- Provide feedback to product management regarding enhancements that can meet customer needs.
- Share best practices and reusable assets with other Solution Consultants to improve team efficiency and quality.
- Stay updated on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
- Support marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.
Qualifications:
- Experience in leveraging AI for work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, including the use of AI tools, automating workflows, and analyzing AI-driven insights.
- 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
- Proficiency in the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions.
- Experience working collaboratively with product management, marketing, partners, and professional services.
- Strong territory management skills, including pipeline building.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
