Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and provide product-specific solutions during sales cycles while achieving quarterly and annual sales goals for an assigned territory.
- Support product sales by serving as a technical expert within a client-facing sales team.
- Conduct discovery workshops to understand customer challenges and provide product demonstrations that align solutions with customer needs.
- Answer technical and product feature inquiries from customers, channel partners, and ServiceNow colleagues.
- Provide feedback to product management on enhancements that address customer needs.
- Share and learn best practices with other Solution Consultants to enhance team efficiency.
- Stay current on competitive analysis and market trends.
- Support marketing events, such as executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
- Proficiency in the ServiceNow platform or cloud software solutions.
- Experience in integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- Strong collaborative skills with product management and professional services.
- Proven territory management abilities, including pipeline building.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is preferred.
