ServiceNow, a global leader in cloud-based technology, is seeking an Advisory Solution Consultant to join their Solution Consulting team. This role is crucial for driving revenue and success through the support of Solution Sales in Employee Experience, Customer Workflow, and ITX domains. As a hands-on technical consultant, you will be responsible for solution delivery and positioning throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and provide product-specific solutions during sales cycles while achieving quarterly and annual sales goals for an assigned territory.
  • Support product sales by serving as a technical expert within a client-facing sales team.
  • Conduct discovery workshops to understand customer challenges and provide product demonstrations that align solutions with customer needs.
  • Answer technical and product feature inquiries from customers, channel partners, and ServiceNow colleagues.
  • Provide feedback to product management on enhancements that address customer needs.
  • Share and learn best practices with other Solution Consultants to enhance team efficiency.
  • Stay current on competitive analysis and market trends.
  • Support marketing events, such as executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
  • Proficiency in the ServiceNow platform or cloud software solutions.
  • Experience in integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • Strong collaborative skills with product management and professional services.
  • Proven territory management abilities, including pipeline building.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.

Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is preferred.
