Advisory Solution Consultant

The company is seeking a Partner Advisory Solution Consultant to support our Global Partnerships and Channel partners. In this role, you will provide pre-sales support, technical product and architecture advice, and communicate the latest solutions and capabilities to partners. You will assist partners in building practices that deliver exceptional customer outcomes and evangelize a “First” approach to effectively sell to their customers. Managing relationships with executive and key partner stakeholders will be key, along with collaborating with the Partner Experience team on roadshows, partner events, and solution planning. Additionally, you will identify and collaborate on business development opportunities and mentor the company and partner solution consultants.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience integrating AI into work processes (e.g., automating workflows, analyzing insights), 7+ years of Pre-Sales Solution Consulting experience, and an undergraduate degree in Commerce, Computer Science, Engineering, etc. A working knowledge of modern web technologies and cloud computing is necessary, along with an understanding of multiple technical domains (application, data, integration, big data, etc.). You should possess strong facilitation skills and the ability to handle complex topics clearly, while also managing change and ambiguity in dynamic environments. Experience with the company product suite is highly desirable, and fluency in Arabic is a very strong plus.

This position is located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and operates in a hybrid working environment, balancing flexibility and trust. The role requires approximately 25% travel.
