As a member of our Solution Consulting team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Employee Experience, Customer Workflow, and ITX Solution Sales. Your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue for our products by collaborating with Sales, Product Management, and the executive team. This role requires a hands-on technical consultant with the ability to provide solution delivery and positioning during sales cycles.

Location: Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Hybrid)
Work Conditions: Full-time, Hybrid


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a technical and domain expert for the client-facing sales team, leading discovery workshops to understand customer challenges and demonstrate our solutions.
  • Address product feature and technical inquiries from customers, channel partners, and colleagues.
  • Provide feedback to product management regarding product enhancements that meet customer needs.
  • Share best practices and reusable assets within the Solution Consultant team for quality and efficiency improvements.
  • Stay informed on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
  • Support marketing events, including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
  • Proficiency with the company platform or expertise in cloud software solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI in work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • Experience collaborating with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services.
  • Strong territory management skills, including pipeline building.
