Job Description
In this hands-on role, you will serve as a technical consultant who possesses an advanced ability to develop, position, and deliver product-specific solutions during sales cycles. You will work towards achieving quarterly and annual sales goals for an assigned territory.

What You Get To Do In This Role

  • Act as a technical and domain expert for a client-facing sales team, supporting product sales.
  • Lead discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and provide product demonstrations that align our solutions with their needs.
  • Respond to product feature and technical inquiries from customers, channel partners, and colleagues.
  • Offer feedback to product management on enhancements that can better address customer needs and provide additional value.
  • Share and learn best practices with other Solution Consultants to improve team quality and efficiency.
  • Stay updated on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
  • Support marketing efforts including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
  • Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise in cloud software solutions.
  • Experience collaborating effectively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services.
  • Strong territory management skills, including pipeline building and working with sales counterparts to ensure execution excellence.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
