AE - Business Analyst

About the Role
The Business Analyst (Construction) supports the innovation agenda by assisting in the analysis of construction processes, physical building systems, and assembly methods to inform product-led and manufacturing-informed construction initiatives. This position is embedded within the Innovation Division and focuses on learning and contributing to the development of physical products, construction systems, and build methodologies. The analyst will apply Manufacturing Experience (MX) principles, including prototyping, testing, iteration, and standardization under the guidance of senior team members.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with site operations, engineering, design, manufacturing, and supply chain partners to gather insights and document findings.
• Support improvement initiatives to enhance construction processes and systems.
• Translate construction realities into better-informed systems and repeatable solutions.
• Contribute to scalable construction approaches and methodologies.

Requirements

• A background in construction, engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex data.
• Familiarity with Manufacturing Experience (MX) principles and practices.
