The company is seeking an A&E Consultant for the MENA region to be based in Dubai. This role focuses on supporting regional business development efforts and managing key relationships within the local architecture and engineering (A&E) community. The Consultant will report to the Regional Business Development Manager A&E and will support the sales team by nurturing pre-qualified sales opportunities and facilitating the process to close sales orders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the regional channel sales team and end-user team in responding to sales opportunities and closing deals.
- Help track sales activities using Salesforce.com for lead and project management.
- Prepare designs and estimations for customers while gathering information on sales and delivery terms.
- Source, qualify, and manage distributors, integrators, and resellers in the MENA territory.
- Oversee the sale of Video Security and Access Control (VS&A) products and services within the specified territory.
- Provide technical and product guidance to customers and consultants.
- Assist in training sessions on VS&A products for consultants and end-users.
- Compile competitive data for the MENA market and report insights to regional offices.
- Identify key market influencers in the MENA region and support outreach initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of regional training and marketing materials.
- Attend and participate in local or regional trade shows and marketing events.
- Expected travel throughout the MENA region (Estimate: 25% - 50%).
Basic Requirements:
- 5 years in sales support, channel management, or business development, preferably in the video security, IT, or technology solutions industry.
- Familiarity with the MENA business landscape is highly preferred.
- Strong customer focus, organizational and presentation skills; Advanced AUTOCAD knowledge and Basic BIM knowledge.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Passing a background check is required.
