AEM Solution Architect

We seek an AEM Solution Architect who shares our passion for innovation and change. This pivotal role will assist our business partners in evolving to meet consumers' personalized expectations in today's technological landscape.

The AEM Solution Architect will collaborate with clients and the company Pods to understand market needs and product requirements effectively. Responsibilities include overseeing the product representation throughout its life cycle, participating in pre-sales and business development, and leading agile product management tasks such as vision, product strategy, release planning, and backlog management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze their needs.
• Ensure product integrity during design and development processes.
• Engage in business development and identify new opportunities.
• Advocate for clients and provide expertise to resolve issues.
• Guide team members through coaching and mentorship.
• Foster a culture of transparency and trust within the team.
• Encourage proactive communication and continuous learning.
