Responsibilities

• Leads collaboration with clients and the company Pods to thoroughly understand market needs and product requirements.
• Controls the representation of the product in the design and development process, ensuring product integrity throughout the product life cycle.
• Participation in pre-sales and business development actively seeking new opportunities.
• Serves as a client advocate, providing expertise to technical and business audiences to help resolve client or team issues as well as highlighting risks.
• Coach and mentor team members, providing follow-up and feedback.
• Leads thought leadership exercises and suggests opportunities for improvement.
• Communicative and social: Communicates effectively and respectfully.
