The METAP Agency team works with leading Holding Companies and Independent Agencies in the region. This team is responsible for accelerating platform adoption, facilitating business growth for agencies and advertisers, and strengthening strategic agency partnerships.

As an Agency Solutions Manager (ASM), you will engage closely with agency partners, sales, product, measurement, and cross-functional teams to support agencies and advertisers in reaching their business objectives on the company. Your role will involve acting as a trusted consultant, guiding clients on campaign strategy, product adoption, optimization opportunities, and performance growth while delivering exemplary client service.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and cultivate strategic relationships with agencies and advertisers across the METAP region.
  • Collaborate with Agency Partners and stakeholders to drive revenue growth, product adoption, and long-term client success.
  • Educate clients and agencies on the company advertising solutions, product updates, and best practices.
  • Become a subject matter expert on the company advertising products and tailor recommendations to suit diverse client needs and market dynamics.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify optimization opportunities and provide actionable insights.
  • Consult with agencies and advertisers on campaign strategy, measurement, creative best practices, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance operational processes, workflows, and scalable solutions for agency enablement and product adoption.
  • Address troubleshooting, escalations, and issue resolutions to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Create compelling narratives and presentations using market insights, platform data, and internal proof points.
  • Stay updated on digital advertising trends and competitive landscape developments.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in agency partnerships, media sales, digital advertising, or client solutions roles.
  • Direct experience working with advertising agencies and managing client relationships.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken, due to client engagement in Arabic-speaking markets.
  • Experience managing and optimizing digital performance campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive business improvements.
  • Proficient in using BI tools and data reporting platforms.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong communication, presentation, and client management skills.
  • Successful track record of building strategic relationships with agencies and advertisers.
  • Experience with self-serve advertising platforms and bid-based media ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting revenue and growth targets.
  • Ability to craft compelling client presentations based on data and insights.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and capacity to navigate ambiguity collaboratively.
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong cross-functional collaboration abilities.
