As a trusted advisor, you will guide clients through the ever-evolving digital advertising landscape, recommending tailored solutions that align with their business objectives. By utilizing the company's creative capabilities and data-driven insights, you will empower agencies and clients to execute campaigns that deliver measurable results and foster business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Account Management:

    • Manage and expand post-sale client relationships with key agencies and resellers in the designated market.
    • Conduct regular business reviews to build productive relationships with agency and reseller partners, collaborating with the sales team.
    • Provide exceptional service and training on the company's products to agency and reseller stakeholders.
  • Drive Product Adoption:

    • Partner with internal teams to develop and deliver 'Agency & Reseller Success Programs.'
    • Educate clients on product solutions, ensuring deeper product adoption and alignment with their goals.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's features and ad units.
  • Campaign Management:

    • Offer consultation and analysis to enhance campaign performance for agency and reseller partners.
    • Manage campaign timelines and optimize opportunities, collaborating with internal teams for seamless execution.
    • Analyze campaign performance data to provide clients with actionable insights.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Qualifications:

    • A strong background in digital marketing, account management, or consultancy, with experience in client-facing roles; agency experience preferred.
    • High oral fluency in Arabic is required to communicate effectively with partners, clients, and agencies across the METAP region.
  • Preferred Qualifications:

    • Expertise in managing and presenting ad campaigns on platforms such as META, Google, and the company.
